Phage co-infection: a missing link in deciphering phage coevolutionary dynamics
What MULTIPHAGE is about?
The main aim of MULTIPHAGE is to define the prevalence of co-infection in nature and clarify its contribution in phage mosaicism and phage-host co-evolution. We combine different methods and approaches with a specific sampling design to generate a dataset that is perfect for answering these question.
